More Birthday Fun!!

Image
Lincoln's third birthday was so fun!! We had all the family over and just hung out! Aunt Brenna and Uncle Norris brought bubble blowers so here the kids are attacking Daddy (Uncle Rich) with bubbles!     The boys played tackle on the grass and they get  pretty rowdy!!!  All Lincoln wanted was a race car cake, I think he remembered his lightning mcqueen cake. I didn't really want  to make a cake this year so we got a delicious ice cream cake from baskin robbins and i asked them to do a race track on the top, and I got some race cars from walmart and just stuck them on top!! Lincoln thought it was so awesome!!!

We love yard work!!

Lincoln loves helping daddy mow the lawn, every week he is out there being such a big helper! :) It's also Rocky's favorite toy to push around the "race track"!!

Grandma's birthday present!!

Can you guess what Grandma got Lincoln for his birthday? Race cars how did you guess! What a smart grandma to get two of them so they can race!!! (and so Rocky doesn't throw a tantrum)

Aunt Trisha's Birthday Present

Lincoln's Auntie Trish got him the coolest race car track for his third birthday! It's a good thing we don't have any furniture in our dining room so now it is the race track room. He is unbelievable he can totally race the cars around the whole track without crashing he knows exactly how much pressure to give the trigger and he can race both cars at the same time. Whoever says that it's for 8 years and up must not take into consideration the kids that are born racers. Lincoln eats, sleeps and breathes racing, it is hilarious!!
Here is Rich going off the big jump!

Our 6th Wedding Anniversary!!

Image
For our 6th anniversary we had our first weekend getaway without the kids!!!! My mom watched the boys while we returned to our honeymoon spot Mammoth,CA. We did the downhill bike one of the days which was really fun even though I had bruises all over my legs. We missed the boys a ton but I don't even remember the last time I got to just read a book all weekend!!  Which happened to be twilight. I finished the series like two weeks ago and can't wait for the movie!!!
