Favorite Things...

Lincoln loves playing in the backyard. Most mornings it is the first thing he asks to do is go play outside. This is his very favorite swing and he does it by himself and loves to go really high and really fast!!
He drew himself with chalk on the concrete. Isn't that the cutest thing ever!! He draws a circle for the head and then does two dots for eyes and a smile. Then he draws two arms off of the head and two legs on the bottom. He loves to color and draw, I think he may end up being a bit of an artist!!

That pic he drew of himself is way to cute! That is how Sierra used to draw her portraits so he may be on his way to being a great artist. :)

We got a special treat for Easter!

No it's not the bunny lollipops! Uncle Norris and Aunt Brenna!! We got to spend Easter morning with them before they left on their cruise!! Papa made Mount O Eggs, which was as always unbelievable!! It was sprinkling a little bit so the Easter bunny was running a little late but he showed up eventually. Having contractions off and on all day today. Totally thought I was going to have an Easter baby. Went out to Aunt Ruth and Uncle Randy's house for dinner! Proud mommy moment

Lincoln read his first whole chapter from the book of Mormon this evening. Alma chapter 29. I love verse 1, which says... "O that I were an angel, and could have the wish of mine heart, that I may go forth and speak with the trump of God, with a voice to shake the earth, and cry repentance unto every people!" I LOVE my children, they are remarkable, amazing little spirits and I am grateful I have the privilege to be called their mother I just pray that I can live worthy of that holy calling.
