Halloween 2008

What cute kids! Lincoln had his football outfit that he got for Christmas last year so he was a football player and then we had the extra jersey so Rocky was a football player too. I wasn't going to buy a costume for him when he probably wouldn't even want to wear it. Ashton was going to be a knight because he wanted to have a helmet to wear, so when Lincoln said he was going to be a football player Ashton changed his mind because football players wear helmets too. Nixon is Evil Kenevil, the boys all loved his racing helmet! Sierra is Giselle from the movie Enchanted, she looked gorgeous! Brenna is a kitty cat, and Norris is the Joker!
Rocky loves saying "Cheese"! 
There's my awesome football players! I custom made the DUNN letters on the back of Rocky's jersey, it came with a set of iron on numbers so I used two of the numbers and then from the other numbers I cut out the letters. It turned out so cute!
Rocky was having so much fun trick or treating. The first door we went to he wasn't sure what was going on and the second he saw the bowl of candy he dropped his bucket ran over and grabbed two handfuls it was hilarious! He would say thank you and by the end he was saying "Appy Aween"!
We just took Rocky down one street than daddy took Rocky back to Grammy's house and we went on a few more streets with all the other kids!

We got a special treat for Easter!

No it's not the bunny lollipops! Uncle Norris and Aunt Brenna!! We got to spend Easter morning with them before they left on their cruise!! Papa made Mount O Eggs, which was as always unbelievable!! It was sprinkling a little bit so the Easter bunny was running a little late but he showed up eventually. Having contractions off and on all day today. Totally thought I was going to have an Easter baby. Went out to Aunt Ruth and Uncle Randy's house for dinner! Proud mommy moment

Lincoln read his first whole chapter from the book of Mormon this evening. Alma chapter 29. I love verse 1, which says... "O that I were an angel, and could have the wish of mine heart, that I may go forth and speak with the trump of God, with a voice to shake the earth, and cry repentance unto every people!" I LOVE my children, they are remarkable, amazing little spirits and I am grateful I have the privilege to be called their mother I just pray that I can live worthy of that holy calling.
