with no training wheels!! Rocky did better than we thought but he isn't quite there yet. He would go by himself for about twenty feet and then get distracted by something and go off to the side. So we will try again in another month or so.

I was always one of those young women that wanted to do all the fun activities the young men were doing, I could care less for arts and crafts. They get old after awhile. I finally got my chance when my cousin James called me and asked if I wanted to do the swim leg of the boy scout triathlon for my Uncle Randy and cousin Marshall's team. I was all over that, plus it gave me some more experience for my upcoming swim in the Magic Mountain Man Tri. Come to find out any girl can enter so my sister Vanessa and my mom did a two person team as well. James was doing the whole thing so I decided to do the whole event. You pay $30 no matter what, team or no team so they said I could compete with my team and as an individual. I haven't run since I injured my hip back in April, so I was a little nervous about that, but I told myself I would stop at the first sign of any discomfort. My dad had his annual trip to Newport Beach this week and so we went down for a couple of days. It has got to be the most beautiful beach in California. I went down with the boys on Wednesday and that night Briana and I took the four boys over to the BMX track. I had never gone without Rich so we were up at the starting gate and I was helping Lincoln and holding Rocky at the same time and then I here the announcer say, "Look there's wonder mom!" Then he saw Briana doing the same thing and said, "Oh there's two of them out there!" It was funny! The boys had a ton of fun. Lincoln did great, the last time he had been to that track he couldn't quite make it up some of the hills but he rode up every one no big deal. On Thursday Briana and I met up with my mom and some of her friends from high school that were in town. We went to 56th street, which is a huge surf spot. We had a fun day! All three of these boys are in heaven!! Rocky is so funny, he hoots and hollers and gets sooo excited! I took my first ride on a motorcycle in the street in front of our house and it was so fun! I got a glimpse of why Rich has such a love for motorcycles, some fun times ahead for our family!!

We have had many fun trips down to Anaheim to visit Briana and the kids and enjoy a day at disneyland over the last year! Our passes are expiring this month so we wanted to go a few more times. I'm thinking every other year we will get passes. I had invited my cousin James to come along with us. Other than the scorching heat we had fun! We went on Monsters Inc., then we danced along with the High School Musical 3 parade. We went over to the ferris wheel and went on that. I was in hysterics laughing when Lincoln flew off his seat. We were on a moving car so out of nowhere we took off. He was fine and got right back up and started laughing too. Then we went over to the Adventure course and played in there for a little while. The boys (Lincoln and Nixon) got to go on Soarin over California for the first time. I stayed off with Rocky and Rossi and went to see Lightning McQueen. Lincoln drew these three rockets and was very excited about it so I took a picture! He loves to draw and he is very good!

Brett, Briana and the boys came up, also Nana and Papa joined us on our trip. It was a fun trip, we went on bike rides to the park, played cards, watched movies and went on this fun little boating trip so the kids could go fishing. Rich is not a fisherman so I took advantage of having Brett and my dad there to go fishing. They didn't catch anything but oh well it was still fun to go out on the boat and enjoy the beauties of this earth!! Rocky LOVES cheetos! Lincoln, Nixon, Brett, and Papa were in the fishing boat and Briana, Rossi, Rocky, Rich and I were in the other boat just hanging out! Daddy steering the boat!!
