Newport Trip

My dad had his annual trip to Newport Beach this week and so we went down for a couple of days. It has got to be the most beautiful beach in California. I went down with the boys on Wednesday and that night Briana and I took the four boys over to the BMX track. I had never gone without Rich so we were up at the starting gate and I was helping Lincoln and holding Rocky at the same time and then I here the announcer say, "Look there's wonder mom!" Then he saw Briana doing the same thing and said, "Oh there's two of them out there!" It was funny! The boys had a ton of fun. Lincoln did great, the last time he had been to that track he couldn't quite make it up some of the hills but he rode up every one no big deal.

On Thursday Briana and I met up with my mom and some of her friends from high school that were in town. We went to 56th street, which is a huge surf spot. We had a fun day!

Then on Friday Briana and I went to Disneyland with the boys for the morning. Our last trip there with our passes. Lincoln wanted to go on the race cars and then Briana took them on Star Tours. We went over to California Adventure and got 2nd row seats for the Aladdin show. It was so awesome, we felt like we were at a Broadway play but it wasn't to long so the kids enjoyed it too. Then I got to take Lincoln and Nixon on Soarin' over California. That ride is so awesome, I hadn't been on it for eight years, when my dad took me after I graduated high school. Then we went back to the Marriot and Rich came with the Young family. We went and stayed at Brett and Briana's because there wasn't quite enough room for us at the condo.

Saturday morning we went on a bike ride and then went down to the montage beach in the afternoon, I had forgotten my camera this whole trip so I was glad Trina had hers at the beach so here are a few pictures from that day!

These boys got so brave on this trip and were going out in the water and the waves would come and take them out, but they kept on going out to ride the waves.

Doctors orders!! I have psoriasis on my stomach and on my back. My dermatologist told me the sun helps so to lay out everyday for ten minutes on each side. That's my excuse.

Sunday we just hung out at Brett and Briana's and had birthday cake for Nixon and Ashton's birthday and went swimming. We had a great trip hanging out with the family!
