First Swim of the Year

Most mornings I make myself an Isagenix shake and the boys love them so I give them each a little bit in a cup. It's so good for them, with the shake I usually throw in a BIG handful of spinach and a banana. The spinach is tasteless so they don't even know the difference. They are showing me their milkshake mustache's.

We went swimming at a friend of ours house and they had a couple extra life jackets, it took a minute for Lincoln to get used to it but he loved swimming with it on and he could actually swim using his arms, it was awesome! Last summer he just used the arm floaties and it restricts the movement in his arms so he doesn't learn how to use his arms. Anyway we are going to go over to walmart and find a life jacket
