Day 4- Hiking Stewart Falls

This morning we woke up and got ready for church, Norris drove up from Provo, Brenna stayed home because she wasn't feeling very good. We went to Chris and Heather's ward because it was at 11:00. After sacrament meeting we drove down to Alpine to have lunch at Rick and Jet Patterson's. It was fun to visit with them and the kids had fun playing together. We then went up the Alpine loop into sundance, which takes forever, but it was beautiful. We met up with one of Rich's old mission buddies Sam and his fiance, Brittan and Trisha also came up which was fun. Everyone took turns with the boys when they were tired. It is quite a little hike for these little guys. Norris was in slippers and Rich and I had on flip flops. On the way back down from the falls Norris was my helper with the boys, his shirt was filthy from having the kids on his shoulders. I still don't want to strain my hip so I refused to carry either of them. They did really good and had fun throwing rocks into the ice cold river water. We then went and picked up Brenna and headed back to Bountiful to have a delicious Sunday dinner from Charlene. I found this recipe for a Balsamic sauce over tri-tip it was so good.
